Meet the Scruffs - the ugliest pets ever! There is a new addition to the Pet Shop and the scruffy pets aren't happy. Ursula is a beautiful, pedigree cat with shiny fur and polished paws and she sticks out like a sore thumb next to all the other scruffy residents. But when they get into trouble, it's Ursula who saves the day and proves to the pets that she's more than just a pampered puss.
